CoreNest Accelerator is led by an executive team based in El Salvador and backed by experienced venture capital investors from Silicon Valley. Together, we are bridging the capital and support gap for early-stage startups across Latin America.
Jose Roberto Rodriguez leads the accelerator's day-to-day operations on the ground, while the Board of Directors - composed of the founders of CoreNest and its global expansion lead - provides strategic guidance and oversees the growth of the initiative.

Leads the strategic vision and execution of the accelerator in El Salvador. Jose works closely with founders, partners, and government allies to deliver a high-impact, founder-first program. A leading figure in the region's innovation ecosystem, José Roberto brings 10+ years of experience in startup acceleration, venture building, and ecosystem development across LATAM. Former co-founder of Impact Hub El Salvador and consultant to IFC (World Bank Group).

Entrepreneur and investor focused on building ventures that drive innovation in emerging markets.
Is an investor and serial entrepreneur, and is renowned for his influence in technology, blockchain, and manufacturing. He is a co-founder and partner at CoreNest Capital, co-founder of Sologenic, and also Coreum, a Layer-1 blockchain.
Previously, he founded various manufacturing plants businesses, including Hardex. His strategic skills and leadership have led to multiple successful exits.
Reza Bashash
Cofounder & Co-Chairman
A Dubai-based investor & technologist with over two decades of experience. He's a principal at CoreNest Capital, co-founder of Sologenic (advancing RWA), and co-founded Coreum, a major blockchain project, previously he founded AI-driven Inextweb and Denote. His work includes multiple patents and scholarly AI and blockchain contributions.
Pedro Crespo
Partner & Head of Global Expansion
With over a decade of experience in operations and sales management, Pedro excels at identifying and supporting promising entrepreneurs and innovative solutions across diverse industries. Pedro holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Political Science from the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership. He is also the co-founder of a digital events platform and a diversity organization.

Eric Damier is the founder of EarthPix, the largest travel community on social media with 400M+ monthly reach, and HistoryPhotographed, the world's biggest history platform with 1B+ monthly views. With 10+ years of experience building digital brands, he has grown ventures across travel, hospitality, marketing, and media. Through Damier Media, he helps brands scale to seven figures a month with high-performing ads and content strategies, and has partnered with 24+ governments to boost tourism through storytelling and digital campaigns.
